We have a large inventory of the ZF® HP Off-Highway Series, and the ZF® WG Series (for wheel loaders, excavators, articulated and ridged trucks) in stock and ready to ship!
We supply rebuilt transmissions for Volvo®*, John Deere®*, Komatsu®* and Terex® off-highway articulated trucks and wheel loaders. We understand that downtime is very costly, and we try to provide our customers with exchange units. If we do not have a unit to meet our customer’s application in stock our expert transmission rebuilding technicians will rebuild their core. The average turnaround time for rebuilt transmissions is 3-5 days from receipt of the core. We purchase cores and offer “Reconditioned Transmissions” at an attractive alternative to a full rebuild. To make it even more convenient for our customers, we offer a “Test Box” that we can send to customers to diagnose transmission problems.
Our years of experience in this industry have allowed us to develop a transmission exchange program that is consistent with OEM expectations. Each component that goes through our program is thoroughly tested and inspected for defects in material, quality and workmanship.

Warranty
We offer 1 year or 2000 hour warranty on transmission and torque Converter Rebuilds.
We rebuild Torque Converters. We have developed a “Test Diagnostic Device” that can be sent to the customer for transmission diagnosis. We have developed Transmission Gasket kits, Bearing Kits and Plate/Disc Kits for sale on most models.
We offer “Reconditioned Transmissions” at an attractive alternative to a full rebuild. We offer in-house designed and produced charging pumps for most models at huge savings.
